Travtourist has the right to cancel the whole booking by taking its service charges if the payment is not made on time. and refund depends on the agreement between Travtourist and the suppliers
Some foreign countries are quite punctual for the timings. Client has to be on time for every pick up, If client fails to reach within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given. Driver will not wait for more than 5 minutes. So! Please be punctual. Driver might be late due to traffic or any other reason but client need to be at the mentioned time without getting late.
TravTourist reserves all the rights to amend the tour itinerary which is confirmed on PVT / SIC basis
If facing any type of issue at holiday destination, TravTourist will give all possible attempts to close that issue and make sure we can't entertain the issues that guest faced after coming back from that Holiday Destination.

Cancellation Policies

Though Hotel cancellation policy depends upon season to season and hotel by hotel, below is the cancellation policy:

Cancellation received 30 Days before prior to date of booking: 75% of the total amount will be refunded
Cancellation received 29- 15 Days prior to date of booking: : 50% refund of the total amount will be refunded
Cancellation received 14-8 Days prior to date of booking: : 25% refund of the total amount will be refunded
Cancellation received 7 days before prior to date of booking: : 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given
In Peak Seasons cancellation charges will vary. Some Hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
